Course objectives
At the end of the sub-module,the trainee should be able to:
- explain principles of thermionic emission
- explain principle operation of triode amplifier
- explain the operation of c.r.t /c.r.o
- explain types and characteristics of semi conductor diode and its applications
- describe the operation of BJTs
- explain types of opto-electronics
- explain power supplies through rectification ,stabilization and regulation.
To be able to handle the above objectives a trainee should:
- read the files attached in each topic
- watch videos on each topic
- handle quiz at the end of each topic
- participate in discussion forum
- submit the assignments in time
