This course is offered to module three diploma management trainees. It is expected to equip the trainees with necessary knowledge skills and attitudes to help work and relate well with people.

This course is offered for the module three students undertaking a diploma in food and beverage service management.

This course enables the students improve analytical, Problem-Solving and
Logical thinking skills. 

By the end of the session, the trainee should be 
able to:
a) Perform Basic mathematical operations on 
integers.
b) Manipulate algebraic expressions.
c) Use different forms of fractions, decimals, and 
percentages.
d) Express numbers as powers and roots.
