General Objectives

By the end of this unit, you should be able to;

  4. Analyse entrepreneurial competences and techniques for enhancing entrepreneurial qualities
  5. Identify and evaluate entrepreneurial opportunities.
  6. Prepare s business plan
  7. Carry out consulting sevices in human resources

d)     Understand the legislation that govern the statutory deductions.

e)      Appreciate the social and economic benefits of welfare programmes.

f)       Understand the employer’s responsibility for ensuring health and safety of employees and others who are affected.

g)      Appreciate the need for investing in adequate occupational health and safety programmes.

h)      Create awareness of need to promote good working environment.

e)      The underlying principles in an organizational structure

f)       The knowledge and skills for designing an optional organization structure

g)      The relationships between organizational structure and the individual jobs

h)      The role and need for employee motivation commitment in improving organizational effectiveness
