This course is offered to module three diploma management trainees. It is expected to equip the trainees with necessary knowledge skills and attitudes to help work and relate well with people.

This course is undertaken in module three of diploma in food and beverage management. The trainee will be equiped with skills in 

  1. supervisory skills in food service and sales,
  2. Appreciate importance of specialized forms of service,
  3. Appreciate importance of sales promotion
  4. Understand aspects of function catering

The course consist of Practicals and demonstrations on technical skills for managers.
